EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an evidence based therapy to help people deal with the ongoing impact of traumatic life experiences.
EMDR therapy sessions are offered on a weekly basis.
EMDR therapy has a demonstrated evidence base for helping people deal with a range of problems, with EMDR being recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) for the treatment of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
The therapy available at our practice is the Conversational Model (CM) which is a relational psychodynamic psychotherapy.
CM sessions are offered on a weekly or twice-weekly basis.
CM has a demonstrated evidence base for helping people deal with a range of problems.
